Summary
This year’s last, sixth issue of the Prágai Tükör is, as always, rich in information and news. In the section Society – Chronicles we bring our readers news from the successful Hungarian operetta evening in Lovosice. The article entitled Though Charles Bridge with the eyes of a doctor is in the section called Bohemians and Hungarians. The author of the series of articles is the publicist László Kiss. In the same section you can find a very interesting section on hussars by Éva Weszely. The demand for autonomy of the Hungarian minority in Transylvania is the main theme of the article „The Székely want autonomy” written by Árpád Gazda. The material is printed in the section Carpathian basin. In the section Hungarian monuments in Bohemia and Moravia we introduce the readers to the historical monuments of north and east Bohemia. The article was assembled by Ildikó Cséfalvay. The section Look into the past brings an interesting article about Sári Fedák, who was an important Hungarian actress. It also commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Viennese arbitrage. In the section Culture – media we publish two interesting articles on Hungarian theatre. Zoltán Kokes wrote a portrait of a renowned Hungarian actress, Rökk Marika, whilst József Szilvássy mapped the history of the Hungarian theater in Slovakia. We also bring our readers information about the exhibit of the world famous photographer of Hungarian descent Robert Capa. Various legends and mysteries of the past are the topic of the section Curiosities, sports and humor in an article by Tihamér Lacza, a Hungarian publicist from Slovakia.
